She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Turner and Dona Shepherd Turner; and her siblings, Philip Turner, Joseph Turner, Jeremiah Turner, Jewel Turner and Anna Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford Adams; and her siblings, Jonathon David Turner of South Carolina, Paul Turner of David, Kentucky, Ruth Burkett of Monroe, Rebecca Hancock of David, Mary Hartman of Roanoke, Virginia and Rachel Turner of David, Kentucky. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, family and friends.
