He is survived by: his wife Linda Yates; his daughters, Jaime Kohl of Prestonsburg and Julie Morris (Jonathan) of Allen Kentucky; his siblings, Ricky Yates (Anna Mae) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Edith McKinney (Michael) of Harold, Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, Robert Deaton of Ohio, Jennifer Deaton of Prestonsburg and Debra Eddy of Ohio; his grandchildren, Garrison Yates, Arianne Morris, Tyler Kohl and Benton Morris; his aunts, Geraldine Joseph LeMaster of Prestonsburg, Barbara Joseph of Prestonsburg and Christine Joseph Deaton of Paintsville; and his pet Gabby.
