She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfield Hale and Stella Bradley Hale; her son Curtis Randall Holbrook; and her siblings, Frank Hale, John Hale, Herman Hale, Nadine Mann, Joyce Duff and Arnold Hale.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Hatfield of Prestonsburg, KY, Tamara Compton of Prestonsburg, KY, Hobert D. Holbrook (Patricia) of West Prestonsburg, KY, Rodney J. Holbrook of Pikeville, KY and Tonya Hicks (Lewis) of Prestonsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Kellie Hicks, Joshua D. Holbrook, Mason Holbrook, Tyler Holbrook, Austin Holbrook, Cody J. Holbrook, Brianna Holbrook, Brooke Bays and Shaelynn Bach; and her siblings, James Hale, Danny Hale of Hippo, KY, Donny Hale of Wayland, KY, Gladys Shepherd of Willard, OH and Julia Shepherd. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
