Robie Hackworth of Madison, Ala., Harry Hackworth of Holyoke, MA, Lloyd Hackworth of Granby, MA, Charles Hackworth of Prestonsburg and Dorothy Sue Hackworth Elrod of Winona Lake, IN..
She is survived by: her children, Donald Derek Hicks (Debbie) of Middlecreek and Lynn Fogle (John) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Greta Gilbert (Ryan) of Prestonsburg, Jessica Hicks (Amy Thomas) of Cincinnati, Jack Fogle of Lexington and Harry Fogle (Sara) of Marietta, GA; and her great grandchildren, Amelia and Elijah Gilbert of Prestonsburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
