He is survived by: his mother Dottie Manns of Salyersville, Kentucky.; his close friend Brittany Arms of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his children, Angel Dove Medler of Arkansas, Brooklyn Gilreath of Arkansas, Ryan Gunner Gilreath of Arkansas and Jesse James Gilreath of Arkansas; his stepchildren, Jaylin May of Arkansas and Elizabeth Morgan May of Arkansas; and his siblings, Stephanie Denise Butler of Arkansas, Michael Dwayne Gilbreath of Kentucky and Harlow Manns of Salyersville, Kentucky. He is also survived by six grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
