He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Pinson and Mary Dillon Pinson. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Wallen Starr; his son Donald Starr of Cincinnati, Ohio; his granddaughters, Crystal Starr and Tabitha Starr; his siblings, Buddy Pinson (Mark Dillion) and Marie Thacker of Sidney, Kentucky; and also Levi "Catfish" Walker. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
