She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Lewis; and her brother Kenneth Lewis. She is survived by: her spouse Earnie Boyd; her children, Billy Curtis Boyd (Deanna) of Wayland, Kentucky and Cassondra Staton (Jonathan) of Pilgrim, Kentucky; her siblings, Jeff Lewis of Stanville, Kentucky, Tina Peggy Boyd of Stanville, Kathy Hall (Bee) of Flat Gap and Elizabeth Charlene Yonts (Billy) of Danville, Kentucky; and her nephew Friends. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren; A Host of Nieces.
