She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Castle and Ethel Smith Castle; her husband Curtis Testerman; and her sister Estalene Maynard. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Raymond Testerman (Trudy) and Delcie Fitch; and her caregivers, Millie Reagan, Bonnie Thacker, Patty Webb, Bonnie Davis, Rhonella Chafins, Beverly Sartin, Sheila Coleman, Allison Cantrell and Barbara Zeller. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
