He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Fletcher and Lunda Fletcher of Frakes, KY; his wife Lorette Fletcher; and his siblings, Wilma Palmblatt and Wallace Fletcher.
He is survived by: his son Wilburn Fletcher, Jr. (Sara); his stepchildren, Teresa Roark, Rick Jones and Gary Jones; his siblings, Willard Fletcher of Frakes, KY and Waunita Partin (Ray) of Wallhalla, SC; his grandchildren, Ashley George (Brian), Chase Roark, Wilburn Fletcher III and Wrenly Fletcher; and his nieces, Gloria Lynn, Donna, Diane, Kathleen and Kristen.
