She was predeceased by: her parents, Vinia Ellen (Asher-Helton) and Samuel Thomas Napier; her husband Alvin Julian Felton; her children, Joan and Douglas Kent (Christine); and her siblings, Edward, Frank, Otis, Samuel Napier, Deliah Gibson, Dorothy Howard and Evelyn Jackson.
She is survived by: her sister Frances Solomon of West Virginia; her daughter Carol; her son-in-law Harold D. Messer of Ohio; her daughter Sherry; her son-in-law Clyde C. Brock of Tennessee; her daughter Jannie; her son-in-law William R. Cardwell of Tennessee; her children, Nancy Partin of Ohio and Alvin; her daughter-in-law Teresa Felton of Kentucky; her daughter Donna; and her son-in-law Jonathan R. Hendrickson of Virginia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
