He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Sr. Philpot and Eva Jones Philpot; and his siblings, Avery Philpot and Florence Jackson. He is survived by: his fiancée Betty Lynn Dye; his children, Chasity Nicole Philpot and Jeremy Philpot (Kayla Brock); his grandchildren, Searra Hoskins, Jordan Baker, Hunter and Bentley; and his sisters, Brenda Yeager (Quentin) and Alice Ward (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
