He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Gullett and Florence Lemaster Gullett; his siblings, Bruce Gullett, Joe Lee Gullett, Roy Gullett, Mary Minix and Gladys Gullett; his father-in-law Cassius "Cat" Moore; and his son-in-law Willie Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Moore Gullett; his children, Troy Gullett, Jr. (Jennifer) of Pilgrim, KY, Cody Gullett of Pilgrim, KY, Tyler Gullett of Myrtle Beach, SC, Norma Robinson of Lovely, KY and Charlene Jarrell (Jennings) of Dunlow, WV; his mother-in-law Bertina Moore; his sisters, Ada Vance of Dayton, OH, Martha Williams of Urbana, OH and Amanda Prater of Salyersville, KY.; and his grandchildren, Michelle Moore (Jeremy), Renae Ratliff (Kelly), Michael Robinson (Jessie), Cody Robinson (Brooke), Cassandra Jarrell, Brittany Parker (Andrew), Savannah Muncy (Justin), Bethany Jarrell, Candace McComas (Ashton), Navaeh Jarrell, Jesse Jarrell, Alyiah Jarrell, Shane Jarrell, Matthew Jarrell and Desirae Gullett. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
