He is survived by: his wife Brenda Adams; his children, Chris Adams (Tabitha) of Lexington, KY and Jennifer Jude (Claude) of Warfield, KY; his sisters, Jeanne Horn of Inez, KY and Georgeanne Lenham of Texas; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Jude, Brayden Jude and Grayson Jude.
