She is survived by: her husband Thomas Howard; her children, Joshua Howard of Pilgrim, KY, Thomas Howard (Ashley) of Belfry, KY and Michelle Runyon (Chester) of Pilgrim, KY; her siblings, Luster Jude, Daniel Jude of Pilgrim, KY, Ray Jude of Crum, WV and Lisa Lowe of Pilgrim, KY.; and her grandchildren, Ashton Hinkle, Kaylee Runyon and Kaden Tilley.
