Hale; her sons, Chris Hale (Ashlee) of Inez, KY and Jason Allen Hale (Patty McCoy) of New Market, TN; her sister Carmel Sublett of Paintsville, KY.; her grandchildren, Sydney Hale Briles (Thomas), Chloe Hale, Waylon Hale, Jonas Hale, Heidi Hale, Owen Hale, Wyatt Hale and Cassie Muncy; and her great grandchild Tinley Muncy.
