He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimper Justice and Lizzie Blackburn Justice; his son Timothy Justice; his granddaughter Amanda Justice; and his sisters, Lacy Bishop, Loraine Melton and Christine Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Myers Cole Justice; his son Jeffery Justice (Connie); his daughter-in-law Sherry Justice; his siblings, Willie Justice (Linda) and Brenda Bevins (Bubby); his grandchildren, Brody Justice (Holly), Clint Justice, Carlee Justice and Jonah (Caroline); and his great grandchildren, Brycen, Lydia, Maggie and Reece Justice.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Miller's Creek Church of Christ. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
