She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Smith and Elizabeth "Boyd" Smith; her husband Kennie Wagner; her siblings, John Sidney Smith (Carolyn) of St. Louis, MO, Elizabeth Sue Prietto (Nicholas), Della Mae Baker, Pauline Stump, Francis Jean Michaliszyn, Anna Marie Chapman (Otto) and Jacqueline Smith; her grandchildren, Joey Casey, David "Bub" Thomas and April Daugherty; and her son-in-law Tony Milisitz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Kay Hall of Phelps, KY and Jennifer Lynn Milisitz of Phelps, KY; her siblings, Robert L. Smith (Lucy) of Richlands, VA, Audrey June Smith (Tom) of Phelps, KY, Virginia Lee Hawkins (Ed) of Elkhorn City, KY and Billie Jane Hatfield (Roy) of Phelps, KY; and her grandchildren, Rachel Cantrell, Nikki Church (Brandon), Kendra Yates (Cody) and Kandy Thomas. She is also survived by great grandchildren and many special friends.
