He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Estep and Mary "Mag" Estep (Wolford); and his siblings, Kelly Estep and Shirley Blankenship. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Keith Estep of McCarr, KY and Tabitha Lynn Estep of White Pines, TN; his grandchildren, Peyton Garrett of Kodiak, TN, Emily Ray of Kodiak, TN and Deborah Estep of Georgetown, KY; and his nephews, Paul Douglas Estep of Rutledge and Marvin Blankenship of Phelps.
