He was predeceased by: his nephew Jeffrey Clay Bond; and his niece Allison Willoughby Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Wallace Powell; his sisters, Sally Powell Bond Lowrey of Naples and Martha Anne Willoughby of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his nephews, Tom Bond, III (Jen) and Dru Willoughby (Janet); and his niece Kristi Davidsaver.
