He is survived by: his parents, Carl Herbert "Sonny" Shaw and Barbara Shaw (Hayes) of Christian County, KY; his wife Donna Shaw of Pembroke, KY; his sons, Bryan Shaw of Christian County, KY, Dustin Shaw (Brandy) of Christian County, KY and Lance Shaw (Christian) of Christian County, KY; his brother Eddie Shaw of Christian County, KY; and his grandchildren, Kaleigh Shaw, Parker Hagewood, Andi Cate Shaw, Reed Shaw, Addy Clark Shaw, Braylen Shaw, Nora Shaw and Alivia Claire Shaw.
