She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Cleveland and Cordie Mae Partin Hembree; her children, Ted R. Johnson and Janet Kaye Johnson; and her siblings, Claude Hembree, Cleo Mae Mitchell and Leonia Stewart.
She is survived by: her husband Ted E. Johnson of Pembroke; and her daughter Tina Johnson-Salcido (Carlos G. Salcido) of Hopkinsville.
