She is survived by: her children, James Michael Bond of Pembroke, Sara Bond (Johnny Colon) of Hopkinsville and Katherine Cook (Ronnie) of Clarksville; and her siblings, Ronald of Tennessee, John Fugate of Tennessee, Jenessa Fugate of Tennessee, Diane Hague of Tennessee and Julie Malcolm of Tennessee. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
