He is survived by: his children, Debbie Leavell of Pembroke, KY, Livy Leavell Jr. (Dolly Chester) of Hopkinsville, Richard Leavell III (Donna) of Hopkinsville and Sam Steger (Susan) of Lebanon, TN; his daughter-in-law Fairy Mae Steger of Elkton, KY; and his brother George Leavell, Sr. (Mary) of Clarksville, TN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
