He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Isaac and Pearl Tabor Waldrop; his wife Ilene "Estelle" Oatts Waldrop; his siblings, Preston Waldrop, Sr., John Waldrop, Sr. and Erline Pace; and his niece Judy Townsend.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Fagan Pace, Jr. of Oak Grove, Brian Oatts of Hopkinsville, Johnny Waldrop of Pembroke, Preston Waldrop, Jr. of Augusta, GA, Mona Bolinger of Pembroke, Faye Poppens of Owensboro, Judy Thomas of Hopkinsville, Charlotte Cover of Brentwood, TN, Sharon Halls of Columbia, TN, Laura Page of Charlotte, TN and Lisa Brooks of Erin, TN. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews.
