He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Eula Mae Bell; and his siblings, Sallie Galentine and Darriel Bell. He is survived by: his children, Finies Bell Jr., Eric Bell, Andrea Bell, Andre Bell, Kenyatta Bell and Finiesha Burns; his siblings, Sandy Bell (Evelyn), Joe Bell (Margaret), Jeanette Robinson (Michael), Susan Lara and Douglas Bell; and his stepson Keandre McCarley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
