She is survived by: her husband Donald Shaw of Pembroke, KY; her children, Donald Ray Shaw (Martha Ann) of Pembroke, KY and Patty Kitchens of Christian County, KY; her sister Goldie Tucker of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Kim Sneed, Casey Perry, Katie Kitchens and Shannon Kitchens; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Perry, Mason Perry, Matt Sneed and Maycee McGuire.
