It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lennis Emmit Middleton of Olive Hill, Kentucky, born in Carter, Kentucky, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Middleton and Olive Barker Middleton; and his granddaughter Keisha Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Bishop Middleton; his sons, James (Mary Middleton), Billy (Kayla Middleton) and David Middleton; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Dylan, Logan and Katey. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews and Relatives.
