She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Nicole McDowell of Olive Hill and Brittany Renee Lewis (David) of Olive Hill; her grandchildren, Jasmine McDowell and Jordan Brewster; her sisters, Shirley Caudill of Grayson, Sharon Bond (Curt) of Mansfield and Charlotte Hignite of Olive Hill; and her caregiver Rachel Henderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
