He is survived by: his children, Dovie Stevens of John and Stacey Meyer (Evan) of Butler, Kentucky; his grandchild Addison Hope "Addi" Meyer; and his sister Treda Morman of Argillite, Kentucky.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
