She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blankenship and Laura Rice Blankenship; and her brothers, Bill Blankenship, Vernon Blankenship, Kenneth Blankenship and Ted Blankenship.
She is survived by: her significant other Donny R. Owens; and her children, Teresa Fuoss (Stephen) of Morehead, KY, Gregory Hignite (Sharon) of Morehead, KY, Anita Roe, Donny Owens Jr. (Lisa Conley) of Olive Hill, KY, Bryon Owens (Linda) of Olive Hill, KY and Curtis Owens (Kristol) of Morehead, KY. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
In lieu of Flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Children Hospital, Cincinnati Childrens' Hospital, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a Childrens charity of your choice.
