He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia Ellis Lewis; and his sister Michelle Scarberry. He is survived by: his stepfather Roger Lewis; his caregiver Brenda Davidson; his aunt Brenda Chapman; his uncle Dan Ellis; and his sons, Chspel and Bro. Brian Flannery. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
