He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha Marion Blevins and Ernestine Jeanette Phillips Blevins; and his son Ronald "Ron" Eugene Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Anna Blevins; and his aunt Carolyn Duncan. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
