He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Duncan and Myrtle DeHart Duncan; his siblings, Eunice Hall, Nora Mae Lawson and Virgil Duncan; and the mother of his children Linda Moore Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Arlinda Blake (James) of Lexington, Kim Wilson (Mark) of Lexington and Shawn Duncan (Stacy); his brother Vernon Duncan; and his grandchildren, Graham, Bailey Wilson, Alexis and Liam Duncan.
