She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Steagall and Vera Christine Carter Stegall; her husband Charles "Charlie" Seagraves; her children, Esteline Sammons, William and Dennis Jarvis; her siblings, Phillip Ray Steagall and Ethel Mae Ingold; her grandchildren, Christy Dawn LeMaster, William "Willy" Jarvis and Darra Michelle Brewster; and her great grandchildren, Charles "Charlie" Brewster, Zander Le'Chase Brewster and Aaron Wyatt Vance.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Boggs, Tempie Tussey and Terry Porter; her daughter-in-law Earlene Jarvis of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and her close friends, Richard of Olive Hill, Nadine Stallard of Olive Hill and Nathan Eldridge of Olive Hill. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
