He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Hicks (Hillaree) and Adam Hicks; and his grandchildren, Layla, Mattilyn, Garth, Jessica, Joshua, Jayln and Justin. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
