She was predeceased by: her parents, George H Powell and Chlora Womack Powell. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Utley; her daughter Beverly Edwards (Rick); her grandchildren, Andrew Eller, Brooke Tucker and Caitlyn Tucker; her brother George Larry Powell (Vickie); her niece Chasity Ewing (Bobby); and her nephew Ricky Powell.
The family request donations be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky or Oakland Baptist Church Building Fund and the Gideon's International.
