She is survived by: her children, Sherry Hollin of Oakland, KY, Jan Meyers (Derek) of Oakland, KY and Maverick Hollin (Phyllis); and her brother Jerrel Wayne Flatt of Winter Haven, FL. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
