He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy T. Crabtree and Georgia Dorothy Dean Crabtree; and his former wife Teresa Faye Crabtree. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fay Clark Crabtree; his sons, Frankie Lee Crabtree of Brownsville and Christopher Crabtree of Oakland; his stepchildren, Stephen Burnett of California and Jennifer Hernandes of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Kailie Hernandez, Amaliya James, Andrew Fowler, Michael Fowler and Alainah Crabtree; and his siblings, Eddie Crabtree, Jeff Crabtree (Melinda), Joe Crabtree (Daphne), James Crabtree (Rebecca), Helen Byrd (Tommy Cline), Shirley Vincent (Cliff), Peggy Hayes, Kathy Thompson (Norvin) and Angie Woolbright.
