It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Isenberg (Oakland, Kentucky), who passed away on April 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Earl B. Isenberg; and her children, Bobby Isenberg (Rita) of Oakland and Joyce Wiley (Ben) of Largo, Fla.. She was also cherished by three grandsons and five great grandsons.
