He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Burba and Mary Alena Donahue Burba; his wife Celestine Burba; his son Paul Kevin Burba; his grandson Cory Burba; his siblings, Bobby, Leroy Burba, Mary Ann Fowler, Lorraine Clark, Kathleen, Leona and Doris Burba; and his brother-in-law Francis Gerald Nalley.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Wayne (Maria), BJ (Elaine), Chris (Jackie), Mark (Leigh), Thomas K. (Dorothy), Terry and Brenda Nalley; and his siblings, Louise Gootee, Rita Lamkin, Agnes Mattingly, J. C., Philip and Ronald Burba. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and one great- great grandchild.
