He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Jerry Craven; and his father Tommy Farley. He is survived by: his sons, Ethan and Finnegan Farley of Mount Washington, KY.; his mother Janice Farley of Louisville, KY.; his brother Thomas Farley (Pamela) of Louisville, KY.; and his mother-in-law Debbie Craven of Chesterton, Indiana.. He is also survived by loving Aunts, Uncles, nephews and cousins.
