It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Popplewell (Mount Washington, Kentucky), who passed away on July 17, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Delano M. Popplewell; her daughter Jennifer Poole (Chuck); her grandchildren, Danielle Vinson (Jared), Luke and Emma Poole; her sister Debra Sams (Paul); her niece Dana Brown (Troy); her nephew Joshua Waters; and her great-nephews, Jacob and Jonah.
