He is survived by: his wife Louise "Lou Ann" Vancelette; his children, Phillip Chase Vancelette (Rachel) and Riley Michelle Vancelette; his grandchildren, Noah Chase Vancelette and Anna Elizabeth Vancelette; his half-siblings, Bonnie Nevins and Daniel Barrett; and his mother-in-law Barbara Sipes.
Phillip was a Bell Award Recipient for his volunteer work at Michael Quinlan Brain Tumor Foundation.
