She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Blandford (Greg) and Jay Hayden (Starla); her siblings, Lawrence Ruley (Martha), Jean Smith, Faye Hayden (Jimmy) and Joyce Mae Miles; and her grandchildren, Kasey Weinberg, Mallory Hatfield (Kyle), Bryan Hayden (Haleigh) and Chad Hayden. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
