We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2020, at the age of 86, Joyce Owen (Mount Washington, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Danna Hill Owen; her parents, Emmett Smith and Etta B. Smith; and her siblings, Glenda Owen, Carol Coleman, J. W. and Paul Vernon Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Reed, Barbara Reasor (Ralph) and Scott Owen; and her sisters, Garneta Ryan and Etta Rhea Coulter. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren.
