He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mann and Inez Mann (McKenzie); his wife Elizabeth Jane Mann; and his siblings, Kathleen Lilly and Curtis D. Mann.
He is survived by: his children, Aurthur Mann, James D. Mann (Carol) and Deborah Lynn Mann; his grandchildren, Courtnay, Kevin, Brenda, Joshua, Caleb, Erin, Skye and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Colton, Corra and Christian.
The family requests that contributions in James's memory be made to Bullitt County Humane Society.
