She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Cecil Parker, Sr. and Lena Pearl Parker. She is survived by: her son Terry Douglas O'Brath; her children-in-law, Ronald Rogers, Willis N. Bussey and Kathleen O'Brath; her siblings, Mildred Parker, Aline Bell, Thelma Parker, Reba Joyce Parker, J. C. Parker, Roy Parker, Emmitt C. Parker, Jr. and Ronnie Parker; her children, Shirley M. Rogers, William A. O'Brath, Jr. and Barbara A. Bussey; her siblings, Roseanna Snyder, Lorine Clark, Betty Jane Cox, Charles Parker, Billy R. Parker and Larry Parker; and her grandchildren, Ronald Rogers, Jr. (Sara), Carl A. Rogers (Lisa), Timothy O'Brath (Linda), Troy O'Brath (Janet), Nathan Bussey and Natalie Milich (Mike). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.
