He was predeceased by: his parents, Neff Clark and Bertie Jones Catlett; and his siblings, Neff Clark, Jr., Richard Clark, Thomas Clark, Lois Beshear, Nellie VanMeter, Betty Yeaste, Blanch Jacobs and Flonnie Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ward Clark; and his children, Lee Ann Clark of Lexington and David Clark of Lexington.
