We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2025, at the age of 66, Lois Bush (Mount Sterling, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Shanks, Sr. and Loretta Shanks; her siblings, Linda Young, Sam Shanks and Will Shanks; her niece Sarah Lee Shanks; and her siblings-in-law, Suzie Shanks and Shane Kitchens.
She is survived by: her son Henry (Bush, Jr.); her siblings, Tammy Arnett, Loretta Davis (Billy), Arlene Shanks Hopkins (Peanut), Charlotte Shanks-Taylor (Tim), Shella Adams (John), Tina Kitchens, Krystal Shanks, Shellie Shanks, Lewis Shanks, Jr., James Shanks and Michael Shanks; and her sister-in-law Eva Shanks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
