She is survived by: her children, Michael Collins (Faye) of Morning View, KY, Aimee Gallagher of Morning View, KY and Jennifer Townsend (John) of Morning View, KY; and her grandchildren, Michael, Chris Collins, Tessa Townsend James, Anna Townsend Kratzsch, Rebbecca Gallagher Jones and Ethan Matthew Gallagher. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great- grandchild.
